PRIORITY TERMS!
NOTICE: These are the terms that are most important to consider before messaging me! These are ALL non-negotiable, but the highlighted text is the MOST important to acknowledge when considering ordering from me!

TERMS OF SERVICE
LAST UPDATE: 6/25/26This contract applies to the artist further called Seller and person or institution further called Customer purchasing from Seller a work of art further called Product. By ordering Product from the Seller the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:PAYMENTS
1. Before Customer continues, they MUST be SURE they understand the stated PRIORITY TERMS highlighted above. Tolerance of these terms being broken/ignored will result in Seller rejecting the order or cancelling it. This means customer CANNOT REFUND THE ORDER! YOU WILL LOSE THAT MONEY WITH NO DISPUTE. READ THE PRIORITY TERMS.
2. Customer agrees to pay the due amount after confirming the sketch is accurate, and the Sellers art-style is fit for the order.
3. Customer accepts that work on the Product will not commence until payment has been received by Seller after the agreed terms have been met.PRODUCT DELIVERY
4. Customer agrees that Product will be delivered digitally, either through social website, or to email address provided by Customer after the Product has been finished by the Seller.
5. Any other method of delivery, either digital or physical, has to be mutually agreed before the work commences. Customer is obliged to bear any costs incurred by alternative delivery method, such as postal costs, material costs, digital service subscription fees etc.
6. It is sole responsibility of Customer to propose delivery method which works for both parties. Seller cannot be held accountable for Customer's loss of access to the delivery method, loss of delivered files, impediments such as spam filters or any other technical obstacles outside responsibility of the Seller.
6b. Upon delivery of the product, it is the Customer's responsibility to store it properly. Loss of product due to negligence will not be reimbursed by the Seller. Seller can not guarantee that the original copy of the product will be available in the case that the Customer lost their files.REVISIONS
7. Customer has the right to 3 complete revisions in the sketching phase.
8. Customer has right to a reasonable amount of minor edits after completion, such as changing an eyecolour or fixing a small detail. Any requests above that, however minor, will require a prior mutual agreement and will result in a proportional increase of order value. Any such increase will be invoiced separately. Work on any such excessive requests will not commence until the payment for the additional invoice(s) has been received.CURRENCY CONVERSIONS
9. Customer agrees to pay the total amount specified in USD, with the agreed upon methods Cashapp, Ko-fi, or Paypal.
10. It is the sole responsibility of Customer to bear any currency conversion costs, bank transfer fees, payment provider service fees and any other costs involved in transferring funds to the Seller.
11. Payment is considered as received and completed only when total amount received on Seller's USD account is equal to the invoice amount in USDPATIENCE POLICY
12. Seller may take at worst, multiple months to complete an order considering other clients, health of seller, relationships of seller, and general life occurrences to be expected of anyone communicating through the internet. Please keep this in mind when waiting for order progress and do Not be afraid to text about updates! Just, please be kind in tone about it.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
1. The Product received by Customer is for personal use. Any use of the Product for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by the Seller. This will require a separate agreement between Customer and Seller defining exact conditions and financial implications of such use of the Product.Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.In addition, Customer does not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.CANCELLATIONS
1. Seller reserves every right to refuse or cancel any order, as stated in the priority TOS
1. Any disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. Customer will be informed of the decision, and will NOT be refunded of any amount spent, as of the priority TOS. Seller will have full right to refuse any service to the Customer in the future.
